In the unlikely event of an issue during the creation process, we'll provide a partial refund and request a replacement card. Please remember, metal cards don't support contactless tapping, but your smartphone has got you covered for those needs.
Is my card usable everywhere?
Absolutely. Your metal card is as versatile as your plastic one. It's accepted at ATMs, brick-and-mortar stores, online retailers – basically, anywhere your plastic card is welcome.
What happens if I misplace my card or it reaches its expiration date?
Consider it covered. With our lifetime warranty, two (2) replacement metal cards are at your service. Loss, theft, or expiry won't put a dent in your experience.
Do the cards come with a warranty?
Certainly. Our cards come with a 60-day warranty, taking care of any manufacturing quirks. But that's not all – our lifetime warranty has got you covered for life, ensuring you're covered in scenarios like card loss, expiration, or theft.
